Shared email address: How to sign-up

If someone enquires about how to sign up when they share an email address with their spouse or partner:

1. Go the ADMIN mode ->Email menu.
2. Hit Compose Email
3. Select Template "60 - Couples Shared email"
4. Go to Recipients tab 
5. add +Contact and choose the name of the bundle member (not the bundle administrator)
6. Go to the Preview tab and ensure email makes sense

Dear {Contact_First_Name},

The sign-up for Activity Groups has begun! As with past years, members are asked to sign-up for Activity Groups again, even if they were on the list for an activity last year.

You are receiving this email because, according to our membership directory, you share an email address with your partner/spouse but each member of a couple needs to register separately, with their own account.

• {Bundle_Administrator_Name} should use {Bundle_Administrator_Email} to sign-up.
• {ContactField_First_name} {ContactField_Last_name} should use {ContactField_Email} to sign-up.
  Please note the extra "shared" in the modified email address.

Although {ContactField_Email} is not a "real" email address, it works for email sent from our system. You can also use it to login to our website. If you need a password for this account, please click here or contact me to send you a new one.
